Monday morning we left for Hart to see my grandma. It was hard for Joby to see us (or should I say Dakota) go. He had to go home to get back to work. I think my grandma was pretty excited to see Dakota again. She enjoyed getting to hold him. My aunt, uncle, and cousins came over for dinner. It was fun getting to see them and them getting to meet Dakota. Denea got to come for the night too.
It was a quick visit in Hart. Tuesday morning we got up and headed to Amarillo to see my other grandparents. We picked them up and headed to Stratford to see my brother Kyle. (Another hour and a half up the road). My other aunt, uncle, and cousins and my other uncle were all there too. We had a great lunch and then hung out all afternoon at my brother's apartment. Dakota was passed around and lots of pictures were taken! We had a short but fun visit. We went back to Amarillo to spend the night at my grandparent's.
Wednesday after lunch we hit the road again. It was an even longer trip home. Timing was off and we had to stop to feed Dakota twice. We got home pretty late so my mom and Kade spent the night with us, which was fun because my mom and I got to go shopping the next day!!
It was a lot of time on the road with lots of family to see in such a short amount of time but it was well worth it. We had a great time with everyone!
