My Mommy - Dakota's First Blog

I know you are amazed that I can already Blog at the age of 12 weeks, but what can I say, I am a genius like my daddy. I just wanted to let everyone know that my mommy is the best mom in the whole world! Daddy always tells me how lucky I am to have a mom that takes such good care of me...I know am I very lucky. Even when mommy is doing the not-so-fun stuff like changing my diapers (I am very demanding) and feeding me every few hours, she does it all with a smile and never complains to dad, not even once. He said she was the same way while I was in her tummy, just as happy as you could imagine. Here is a picture of her giving me tummy time on her legs.

My favorite thing though is talking to her. She always talks to me, plays with me, and now she found out that I am a little ticklish! (i crack up when she kisses my belly) To show our appreciation for her, dad and I went in together and bought her a massage for Mother's Day. Dad said she hasn't had one in a very long time. (And yes, she cried when I gave her my card).

I must tell you though, I have got her wrapped around my finger a bit (and maybe dad too). She tries to lay me down for a nap, but I know where my favorite place to take one is.

I just hope that I make mommy as happy as she makes me and dad...we are very lucky. I love you mom!
