4th of July

We spent the 4th of July on the road moving my brother Kade to Stillwater. He got a job working at OSU so we helped him get there. It was the longest trip ever. We got a late start getting off and then had to make several stops along the way. We had to stop for gas before we left town, then stop to get a tarp because it looked like rain was coming, then we pulled over because the rain was coming down so hard we couldn't see (so I decided to feed Dakota while we were stopped). Each stop took forever!! But we made it and got Kade moved into his new apartment. Then we headed out to find fireworks. They had a huge show at the lake. It was very crowded but we found a great spot right by the lake. The fireworks were amazing and Dakota loved them. He was facinated by the bright lights and the noise didn't bother him one bit. Romo, our yorkie, on the other hand, shook the entire time. He was a little nervous!Dakota didn't quiet make it until the end of the fireworks show!!!
