To Grandmother's house we go....

After Dakota had his fun trip to the doctor, my sister came in from Lubbock and we went with her to see my parents in Greenville. Joby had a couple of friends in town so he didn't go this trip. Dakota slept most of the day and when he was awake he was not happy! We spent two nights at Grandpa and "Granmother's" house (she's still not sure what she wants to be called, I guess Dakota is going to have to decide!). We had so much fun getting to spend time together and of course playing with Dakota! He was in a much better mood Friday and Saturday. My mom stayed in the living room with Dakota during the night. It was nice to get some good rest! I'm not sure how much rest they got....this is them the next day!

They must have stayed up talking all night! :)

My mom had bought him this outfit last time we were together so we played dress up and did a photo shoot! He was happy for most of it.

Dakota absolutely LOVES his "Grandmother". They can just sit and talk and Dakota just smiles everytime. It's so cute. My mom was sitting in the back seat with him on our way to the store and he stared at her the whole time and gave her big grins!

He also discovered his hands while we were out and about. He was staring at them and then of course guess where they ended up....his mouth. He searches for that thumb but ends up putting his hand in his mouth instead. He does this all the time now!
