Well...I haven't been as good about keeping up with my blogging lately. I've been pretty busy keeping extra kiddos and the flash on my camera is messed up so I haven't gotten many good pictures lately. My mom was here a couple of weeks ago. My dad came with her on Wednesday and spent the night to get some Dakota time and my mom stayed until Sunday. I had 3 extra kids on Thursday and 2 extras on Friday so she came to help out. We had a good time hanging out and of course she got lots of Dakota time. She was even able to get Dakota to eat his veggies....wish I knew her secret! :) I babysat extras this past week too. So I've been busy and tired to say the least!
As from previous posts some of you knew we were trying to sell our house. It had been on the market for about 4 months when we decided to take it off the market and just keep it. We had lots of showings and one offer that was too low. Joby emailed our realtor on a Friday (2 weeks ago) to ask him to take it off and we got a call on Saturday for another showing. We decided to go ahead and show it since we were going to be out anyway. Then on Tuesday we got another call for another showing. I was babysitting and couldn't leave so I told them we were actually taking the house off the market. About 15 minutes later our realtor called to tell us the same couple that made the low offer came back to offer us our asking price if we paid closing costs. We at first thought no way...we already got our minds set on keeping it....but then decided this was God's hand at work. He has opened the door for us to get out from under the expense of owning a house. There was a reason our realtor had not taken it off yet and this was our opportunity. Well, we close October 30th!! Praise God for this wonderful blessing! Now we just have to find the right home for us to rent.

COngratulations! I am so glad that you sold your house that is too far away for us to hang out all the time so you can rent a home closer to us! :o)You and your family are in my prayers as you make this big adjustment. ~Jenn
